Economic Investment

The data center is expected to generate approximately $6.5 million in revenue during construction and $5-7 million annually in recurring revenue for the City's general fund. This new revenue can support park maintenance, library programs, street repairs, and public safety services without raising residential taxes. The project is also expected to generate 200-300 jobs during construction.
